MOU signed with the Independent Investor at the Ihub

A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between The Independent Investor (TII) and the National Development Company (NDC) affirms TII as NDC's official knowledge partner via the IHub (i.e. Philippine Innovation Hub). Keenan Ugarte, TII Co-founder and Managing Director, and Anton Mauricio, NDC General Manager, both seated, lead the signing ceremony with TII and NDC representatives on hand.

NDC is keen to have TII’s assistance,  as a knowledge partner,  to help spread the message within the growing Philippine start-up community - that NDC has a physical space that houses the Startup Venture Fund, and other upcoming platforms such as the newly launched Philippine Ecommerce Platform (ie PEP), and soon the Philippine AI Research Center.

As stated by Mr Jerahmeel Chen (Chief Innovation Officer at NDC’s Ihub) “Your organization understands the value of creating a message and an understanding of how each side of the startup industry has its own role to play. You are the herald of “good news” of the founders as well as the magnet of investors in understanding what our country can offer. “
